Many clients seek support with emotion regulation, stress, or feeling stuck in familiar patterns. My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each person’s goals and needs.

  • I offer private pay therapy, accept certain insurance plans, and provide sliding scale options when available. Details about fees and payment options can be found on the Services page or discussed during a consultation.

  • Art therapy uses creative expression to support emotional processing and healing. You do not need to be artistic or creative to benefit. The focus is on the process, not the final product, and art-making is always an option—not a requirement.

  • The first session is focused on connection, understanding, and building a sense of safety. You’re invited to share what brings you to therapy at your own pace, while we explore personal, relational, and historical factors that may be contributing to your concerns. We’ll also begin identifying goals and how we might work together.

  • Yes. I am a member and highly value providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy to my community. I welcome clients who identify as LGBTQ+ as well as those who are questioning or exploring identity. All parts of you are welcome here.

  • Yes. I have experience working with individuals from immigrant and multicultural communities and approach this work with cultural humility and openness. I value understanding how identity, culture, and systemic factors influence mental health and lived experience.

  • I am proficient in Spanish and open to working bilingually if that would feel supportive for you. We can discuss together whether bilingual therapy feels like a good fit for your needs.
